Hanaji Cluster
A large solar system within the Milky Way, the Hanaji Cluster contains 67 planets. A number of the solar system's native sophonts have left a mark in the galaxy and beyond, including velastians, occupying seven planets in the Hanaji Cluster and ten more elsewhere.
Planets
Artisa
Artisa is inhabited by the artisi, floramagical entities. 92% of the planet's dry land is arable grassland, and the peaceful artisi have grown thousands of miles of rolling crop fields. The artisi are suppliers of fresh produce for the entire Milky Way, as their crop yield is almost quadrupled thanks to floramancy.
Doesono
An arid planet with just a few lifeforms, Doesono is the legal property of Karkhala. The planet has no oceans, just a few lakes dotted around the Northern Hemisphere. Bright orange bands of electite can be seen from orbit.
Five electite mines gather millions of tonnes of the metal every year. Electite is used in witchcraft thanks to its magical properties.
Razhea Infinita
Razhea Infinita is a gas giant with wormholes to various other realms of the Yonderverse. These wormholes were manufactured by scientists on Razhea Infinita, in order to study other realms and collect data.
That's our third research group gone missing. No data sent back. Maybe we should just give up on the Lucid Realm.
Osokeras
The hottest temperatures of Osokeras reach seventy degrees Celsius, while the coldest temperatures drop to minus eighty.
Olutu
Olutu has a similar climate to Velaster. Olutu's geology is much different, however, consisting of rocky purple biomes. Crystalline obsidian towers burst through the ground, fracturing the planet.
Velaster
Velaster is a vibrant blend of metropoli and vast forests. The planet is the sixth in the Hanaji Cluster, part of a small planetary group, the Inner Hanaji Circle. The seven planets in this group are all inhabited by the velastians, native to this planet.
The planet's inhabitants are avians, closely related to roadrunners and other Cuculiformes. Velaster is dominated by birds, especially passerines, which make up approximately 70% of known species on the planet. Where massive sprawling forests lie, grand urban areas live alongside them.
Badirrk
A planet of pristine architecture. Sixteen billion velastiand inhabit Badirrk, more than their home planet. Badirrk is the Hanaji Cluster's oasis, with millions of unique sophonts flocking to the planet to find the life of their dreams.
Galoria
Galoria has two functioning settlements, Gala and Acivia. These two cities have a total population of ninety million, and are largely a scientific experiment. These cities are inhabited by velastians and a handful of other sophonts.
Galoria supplies half of the Hanaji Cluster with gourds and other large crops, as much of the plant has been transformed into farmland.
Exila
Exila has been used to store prisoners for thousands of years. The frozen planet has a vast network of cavern systems, reworked and retrofitted with secure chambers. Prisoners have access to minimal resources to keep them alive. No luxuries are normally available, although bribery is rather common among prisoners and guards.
Kuhipa
Velastians are fiercely protective of Kuhipa. It boasts a number of valuable flora species, including a stinging nettle with antibacterial properties. The claiming of Kuhipa has massively boosted the intergalactic pharmaceutical industry, placing velastians in the dead centre of it all.
Kuhipa has a tiny permanent population - most of these are scientists living at outposts, studying the local wildlife.
