Major Metraphite Morphotypes on Ivucarro

This is a dynamic list of morphotypes, their geographic location, and the species they mimic, and will be updated in the future.

There are around fifty major morphotypes of metraphites inhabiting Ivucarro. Due to the hyper-adaptive nature of these people, these morphotypes are entirely tied to a person's current geographic location.

Metraphites adapt to the surroundings by mimicking sessile organisms in the region. For example, the liadin of the Liadin Rainforest mimic the liadin sporetree. As a result, metraphites migrating from one region to another will undergo a complete change in their physical anatomy. A metraphite may identify with many different morphotypes during their lifetime.

Major Morphotypes

Arceui

The rainbow arceui inhabit the Prismatic Fields, a rainbow rainforest.

Azerti

Azerti mimic the azure braintree. They are bright blue with silver wrinkles along the side of the foot. The shell is a light blue, with a misty aura.

Biconica by Mochi
Biconica

The biconica of the Byssal Forest in western Mollomia mimic the byssal slugtree. Highly poisonous to outsiders, their skin is hot to the touch.

Bromelian

Bromelians mimic the tropaea, a gigantic species of bromeliad native to Capepo, now invasive around eastern Neritima.

There is a small population of bromelians on Capepo, in southern and western Barbas.

Donaejo

Donaejo are built like a tank, mimicking the barrelled berryshroom. They have a giant barrel shaped shell with seven rows of short spines.

Leucenite

Leucenites live in leucistic forests around central and northeastern Mollomia.

These people are a pale grey colour, with a spiny grey shell and black studs along the foot.

Liadin by Mochi
Liadin

Liadin mimic Ivucarro's most iconic organism, the liadin sporetree. They are one of the most visually striking groups.

Maridon

Maridons have adopted the colouration of the Serukian Shroom (not to be confused with serukians, native to Emycelium). Maridons, like the Serukian Shroom, are a shining gold colour.

Sateenee

The Sateenee Forest is a gigantic rainforest populated with pink and white sateenee trees.

The sateenee mimic these trees perfectly, their shell even taking on the shape of the leaves.

Takheti

Takheti have a striking red, green, and white shell and a soft, cream coloured body. They mimic the coval shellspire, a giant land coral.

Tewoo

Tewoo mimic the giant frost lichen of the Weewoo Mountains. Their foot is flat, fanning out like lichen.

If you are taking requests I would love to learn more about the Sateenee <3 Also, does this rainforest mentioned in Arceui has an article of its own?

I'll note it down! I'm definitely going to be writing articles on the maridon, leucenites, biconicas and the liadins, but I can make room for the sateenee! aaand I was also thinking about writing an article on the Prismatic Fields, too :D <3
