The onei are territorial sophonts, calling Oneia home. Their aggressive personalities keeps travellers from landing on the planet, which they are more than happy with. The onei are a very old species, with hundreds of thousand of years of cultural history.

Onei have developed space-faring technology, voyages having taken the species far beyond their solar system and throughout the Greater Oasis. Their intimidating appearance and bad tempers have led them to form far more enemies than allies.

Skin colouration

Onei typically stand just over four metres tall. They have deep red scaly skin, with thick osteoderm plating running along the back.

Onei have a large head, the most prominent feature being the ears. The ear bones have fused together to form a large conical shape, thick yellow hair sticking out. This is the only hair that grows on the onei's body, and is often styled to the individual's liking.

These people have a stocky build, with broad shoulders and a wide stance. Feet are hooved with small spines along the back of the leg. The tail is short, with a clubbed end.
