Karkhalan Exploration Ship

Karkhalan Exploration Ships, or KES's, are a small brand of spacecraft. Designed and used by the oanie of Karkhala, these vehicles are used solely for the purpose of exploring new planets and other celestial objects.

Design

These vehicles are only designed for four crew members, with the entire spacecraft just twenty metres long. The back half of the spacecraft is designated for storage, such as any resources, fauna & flora, collected from explorations. The front half of the ship is dedicated to the control room, sleeping rooms, and various maintenence rooms.

Different exploration ships are customised based on the assigned crew, however green is the suggested colour since it is considered the least threatening colour based on a mass survey conducted.

History

The oanie have been using these spacecrafts for thousands of years, ever since they first started exploring space. These ships were first designed with the Karkhalan Exploration logo on its side, of an oanie holding the severed head of a Humanoid, but it was taken down by authorities as several complaints were made.

Throughout hundreds of years of use, these spacecrafts became easily recognisable since the oanie enjoy exploring inhabited planets and attempting to kick the residents off. Modern anti-karkhalan campaigns often have a picture of their spacecraft inside a prohibited symbol.
