Entity
Entity, as he called himself, believed in creating the perfect species. Before dabbling in technomancy he was a genetic engineer, tampering with DNA. His personal discovery of cognitive code led him on a much darker path, one that destroyed countless civilisations and planets.
His conquest came to an end after he encroached on the Galanti Cluster's territory, and was annihilated by the Galanti League.
Entity was born into an empire spanning trillions of light years, nestled in a quiet corridor realm somewhere inbetween the cosmos. He was just an ordinary citizen, with no aspirations, no goals, and no hopes. The ordinary folk of the Everworlds are not permitted to strive for anything more from life, after all.
Entity felt an immense pressure to escape the empire that imprisoned him. An escape is no easy feat - Entity's home city was heavily guarded, with soldiers able to peer through realms to spot intruders and escapees.
His first escape failed and resulted in his capture and containment. He was subject to excrutiating physchological torture. Entity credits this as what made him the person he became.
Obsession
Entity was cast out into the Capital Realm after escaping his home. A thousand year old sorcerer discovered him floating in the void of space, heart still beating, He was brought in and taken care of until he regained consciousness.
The sorcerer saw an unusual force within him, and could not figure out whether it was benevolent or pure evil. Something possessed her to find out, so she trained him in the dark arts.
She began teaching him about the otherworldly energies that form the Yonderverse. One of these was cognitive code, the idea that one's metaphysical existence can be equated to a string of code.
Entity took a shine to cognitive code, and under his mentor's wing, began to study it. Over time the interest grew into obsession, then into a craze. He would ignore his mentor's guidance, experiment with dangerous substances and dangerous manifestations.
Entity grew obsessed with the idea of creating the perfect creature, one that could rule the Yonderverse and destroy the empire he once called home.
