Aendatha

Aendatha is one of the largest countries on Greenerth. It is the northernmost country on Aekor, and takes up roughly a third of the island continent. It is one of the most powerful countries on Greenerth, and has never lost a war it was part of since its forming.
Within the country are only 2 biomes, temperate forests and mountains. There is a large mountain range stretching vertically in the east of the country, and the rest is a large expanse of temperate forests, with some amounts of grasslands but nothing big enough to be noticed on biome maps. The temperate forests change in certain areas, more giant mushroom forests are found in central and west Aendatha.

History

Formed a thousand years ago, the basis of Aendatha was based on a long river winding through the forests of the island continent. The country formed a city called Azra, and that alone had over half of the country's population at the time. Some more smaller settlements were formed in the north and the west, one larger settlement was formed on the east of the mountain range, taking advantage of the height. For a hundred or so years, the country lived on basic crops that they could grow in the forests, until they started mining coal and were smelting metals to create machinery to do it for them. This allowed them to speed up their crop harvests by a lot and would quickly gather enough crops to also trade with other countries, giving them more money and resources to advance their civilisations. The capital, Azra, was growing quicker than ever with the most amount of coal and the best technology in the world at about the 1600s. As well as technology, magic was also advancing quickly. Mages of all types of magic were rising in popularity, bringing so many new fields of work for Aendatha and giving them more and more resources and power. Due to their advances in technology and magic, they had never won a war they participated in.
