Abyssal Pine

Abyssal pines are a species of pine from the Equator Range of Maloruno. These trees are common in lowland runo architecture thanks to its easy availability, lifespan, and its deep blue colour.

Abyssal pines are evergreen trees growing nine to twenty metres tall on average, individuals rarely reaching eighty metres tall.

Like all pine trees, runos consume the seeds and leaves of abyssal pines. When mixed with other seeds and fruits and stored in small handheld bags, they serve as snacks for hunter runos.
