Arkand Peaks
The Arkand Peaks are a small cluster of mountains located in the south east of Hepsut, situated within the Arkand Wilds. The Indara River, as well as Neldë-Aelin and the Merrow Divide, flow down from the Arkand Peaks, with it being the source of much of Hepsut's fresh water.
The Arkand Peaks are often clouded with rain, which builds from the surrounding rainforest of the Arkand Wilds, before crashing down upon the mountain. It is unknown what attracts such a heavy concentration of rain to the Arkand Peaks, while it is suspected to be caused by some ancient Magic, nothing of significance have been found within the mountains to collaborate this.
The mountain slopes of the Arkand Peaks are dotted with tall trees, the mountains harbouring a healthy and diverse ecosystem of animals and plants. The town of Franeshir also resides nearby the Arkand Peaks.
