Iron Mountains
The Iron Mountains are a vast mountain range located in the heart of the continent of Elderna, separating the regions of Elderan, Osirin and Terrasmus.
The Iron Mountains are home to the tallest peak in Exorsia, with many of the the mountain peaks towering above the clouds, and are often covered in a thick layer of snow and ice. They are mainly focused at the heart of Elderna, but they also stretch up the east coasts of Elderan, and completely surround Terrasmus, stretching across to the north and south coasts of the region.
High up upon the peaks of the Iron Mountains resides the settlement of Aeolrah, which is situated in proximity to the Elemental Gate of Air, floating high above the tallest peak of the Iron Mountains. Dun'Vol, the capital of the Kingdom of Dun'Vol, also resides beneath the Iron Mountains, as well as the Goliath village of Winterkisk, which resides on the southern slopes of the mountains.
The Iron Mountains are also home to a tribe of Frost Giants, as well as numerous animal species that call the mountain home, whether high upon it's peaks, or deep within the mountains themselves.
