Parvis Runemaster Academy
This academy in Hazhagen is where the Parvis runesmiths are trained. They are blacksmiths gifted in combat and in the creation of magical armor and weapons. Nearly all graduates of this academy have had their eyes turn a light cloudy blue from constant exposure to mithril. The academy is located near the mines and the foundries of the city and trains Rune Knight fighters for the Parvis military and workforce.
Like all Parvis academies, they are very selective with their students. To become a student you must be born into or sponsored by a noble house. This practice is fairly common and is honored by adding the noble house's name ahead of your own surname, for example, William Arcanden-Stone is William Stone sponsored by House Arcanden. Because Parvis bastards are sometimes sent to mines those with special talents are often noticed by House Cadmore and drafted into the academy.

Structure
Academy trainees go through 3 years of training, then they begin working on their final project. Which is the armor they are given at graduation.
Assets
Upon graduation from the academy they have completed the armor that they will take with them into the world. Cadmore Armor, +1 mithril armor of any kind that allows a rune knight to invoke a Rune that hasn't recharged yet once per dawn.
