Parvis Naval Academy

The Parvis Naval Academy is located in the port city of Seagate on the eastern coast of Parvis. The Prestigious academy is run by the Noble House Conroy. In this academy the Parvis Naval Officers are trained until they reach the required skill to graduate and join the Parvis Navy.
Like all Parvis academies, they are very selective with their students. To become a student you must be born into or sponsored by a noble house. This practice is fairly common and is honored by adding the noble house's name ahead of your own surname, for example, William Arcanden-Stone is William Stone sponsored by House Arcanden.

Structure

Students have three years worth of classes that they must pass before being sent to work on a ship as a shiphand. After one year the captain of the ship will evaluate whether they are ready to become an officer and graduate from the ship. If they fail they spend another year on a different ship going through the same process.

Assets

Upon graduation from the academy, Conroy graduates are presented with this studded Leather armor by their family. It grants slightly greater protection(+1). It also grants a swim speed equal to your walking speed and the ability to breathe underwater.
