Raz, also known as Raz the Annihilator, is one of the last surviving Apriorians following the destruction of Apriori V by The Crimson Light.

With the assistance of Enitan, Raz systematically hunted down and killed every individual who had worked on the weapon's technology or sanctioned its use.

Appearance

Raz is 5'7" with an average build, blue skin, pink eyes, and long straight blue hair. He wear handmade cloth, that he'd woven himself, over a space-suitable suit that's built to withstand most environmental hazards.

Raz used to keep himself fully covered in fabric because of being self-consciousness about his face, but since travelling with Enitan, he has grown somewhat less guarded about it.

Raz is prone to impulsive reactions, particularly in negative situations, and will dig his heels in if he feels pressured into something. He struggles deeply to believe things will improve, holding a very cynical view of the future and a quiet questioning of why he is still alive.

He was long haunted by nightmares of the Crimson Light, though these have largely been replaced by dreams of Ira disappearing.

• Weaving - Raz is an exceptionally skilled weaver and makes his own cloth, though he typically zones out entirely while doing it.
• Exploring - Raz is drawn to unfamiliar places and will wander off to investigate them without much hesitation.

• Being alone - Raz dislikes being on his own for extended periods and will actively seek out company when it goes on too long.

Habits

Like other Apriorians, Raz will trill quietly when content, though it is not a frequent occurrence. When nervous or uncomfortable, he tends to groom his antennae.

Raz came from a small but close-knit family, which he has made efforts to preserve his memories of them. However, he has begun to forget what they looked like which causes him considerable distress.

• Ira - Raz's feelings toward Ira are complicated. He remains unsure of her motivations, yet finds himself unable to stay away from her for long and feels somewhat responsible for her.
• Enitan Lea - Raz finds Enitan amusing, and their time travelling together has had a quiet but noticeable effect on him.
• Doc - Raz has developed a degree of trust in Doc through their regular check-ups, though this has its limits. When Doc pressured him about Ira, it firmly puts him on edge.
• The Conservationists - Raz holds a strong dislike for most of the researchers at the conservation centre, stemming from their pressure on him to continue his species before he had any opportunity to properly grieve.
