Sera Ariann
Sera Ariann (a.k.a. Longshot)
Sera Ariann was a Gelvaran native of Olympus, living in the Quatrica Islands as a Kunai Ranger. She is very duty-bound and takes her duty very seriously. She took much pride in her mission to protect the nature and natural beauty of the Islands. She left her native homeland of Olympus many years ago, after a falling out with her sister, Kaeri. She feels no connection to Olympus anymore as a result, and has tried very hard to forget about it. As a result, she was estranged from her sister for many years. They finally did manage to patch things up. . . until Kaeri was killed in the Battle of Konaset.
After her sister's death, she left the Kunai Rangers. Though she met and fell in love with Fleur Aurora-Ariann and soon married her, she still had a difficult time getting past her sister's death. For a long time, she just kind of floated by with Fleur, feeling lost.

Personal history
Sera, like Kaeri and Aerinel, grew up in a strictly conservative family, and for much of her life, she felt like she had to hide and cover up who she really was because of her family and their beliefs and values. Particularly her father. It wasn't until she left Olympus, to get away from her strict family, that she truly felt like she was free to make her own choices and to be who she really was, though she still hid parts of herself to protect herself.

Sera is lesbian. She never really knew this about herself and always thought that her outrage at her family's old-fashioned traditions was simply that they had arranged a marriage for her she never wanted. Now she knows that while her parents will most likely not understand, she is lesbian and further loves Fleur Aurora, who she married in 2740.

Unlike Aerinel, Sera actually did finish her schooling before she left Olympus. When she eventually made her way to the Quatrica Islands, she trained herself in the ways of a ranger and took up the duty of protecting the wilds of the Islands from all who would do them harm.
Employment
Sera is the former leader of the Kunai Rangers in the Quatrica Islands, a position she ascended to after years of rigorous training. Her skills in ranging and animal taming impress many in the Islands, as does her passion for protecting the natural beauty of the Islands. Before coming to the Quatrica Islands, she lived in Olympus, where she and her sister, Kaeri, were charged with being guardians of the Final Legends, a role passed down to them by birthright. But this was never a life she wanted for herself, and her sister's willful attitude and always running off, leaving her on guard duty by herself, frustrated her. She's always had a deep reverence for nature and her bounties.
She has since left the Kunai Rangers and, for a time, just floated around, with her wife bringing most of the income. That was until she was invited to be Crystal's second in command in the Wayfinder Society. She held the position for a few months until Crystal was named the new headmaster of Almahna Academy. Now Sera is the vice principal of Almahna Academy and leads the Wayfinder Society.
Accomplishments & Achievements
By birthright, she is charged as a guardian of the Final Legends. But after a falling out with her sister, she left Olympus and came to the Quatrica Islands to find her own path. She soon joined the Kunai Rangers, where she quickly ascended the ranks. She was the leader of the Kunai Rangers for many years, but after her sister passed away, she left that position. After floating around for a while, she was invited to become Crystal's second in command in the Wayfinder Society, before becoming the vice principal of Almahna Academy.
Failures & Embarrassments
Something that still keeps her up at night is the falling out she had with her sister. She lost so many years with her because of that, and because she was too prideful to apologize to her and work things out with her. When she finally did, she was surprised that Kaeri just let it go like it was nothing, but that was who her sister was.
The other thing that keeps her up at night is the death of her sister, Kaeri. She feels like it was her fault, like she should have been able to do something to save her, though she knows in reality, there was nothing she could have done.
Mental Trauma
For her deep reverence of the land and nature and her bounties, Sera doesn't care for water. She has never learned to swim, and she is terrified of drowning.
To this day, Sera continues to struggle with the trauma of her sister's death. However, now she is also dealing with her father's death. Though she was never on speaking terms with her father for many years, she finally did come to some closure with him before his death. Now she is receiving therapy with Dr. Jules, as having seen two of her family members be killed in front of her has had its toll on her.

At the start of Hordes of the Undead Kings, when Sera first met Fleur Aurora, she became really flustered around her, and she can't really figure out why she feels that way at first. But after Kaeri's death, when Kaeri tells her, "be who you are," she starts to think more about it and eventually comes to the realisation that she's attracted to her. By the end, she finally works up the courage to go up to Fleur and just asks her out.
By the start of Season 7, as Crystal is establishing the foundation of the Wayfinders Society, Fleur is in the Quatrica Islands, and the two are spending a lot of time together. At this time, Sera and Fleur are officially a couple, as Sera has realised what Kaeri meant. She meant for Sera to be who she is, regardless of what her family thinks, and she realises in that that Kaeri had accepted this about her a long time ago. Kaeri somehow knew all along that Sera was gay.

Her only remaining family tie was her sister, Kaeri Ariann, from whom she was estranged before Kaeri died in the Battle of Konaset in 2740. Now she has regained contact with her cousin, Aerinel Ariann.

They fell in love during the Battle of Konaset. Fleur then moved to the Quatrica Islands to be with Sera. They are currently happily living together in Bra'iv, Quatrica Islands. Fleur and Sera married in 2741 3A, just a year after meeting and falling in love.
