Kuo Te'Lung
Kuo Te'Lung is the fabled capital of Shou Lung, and through it the Kara'tur Empire. It is the home of the fabled Forbidden Palace. Emperors have ruled here in some form since before the 12th Century.
Dragon-worship and ancestor worship are prominent in the Empire, and so the Palace is adorned with vast rows of stone busts and sculptures, idols of Emperors, warriors, heroes and servants of ages past. A great roost is maintained, so ancient dragons who favor the Empire with their presence may land here and be well cared for. The equipment of the Imperial Guard stationed here are relics thousands of years old, each blessed by dragon princes of old to strike with elemental fury and protect their wielders from the same.
The discovery of Soil troubles the Empire, with most of the elders and priests of this region labelling its use a heresy against the ancestor spirits. Fae folk have begun to flee here, many masquerading as ancestors of the people of Kuo Te'Lung so as to better plead for the people's protection. The Empress has decreed that any fae imposters be captured - alive - and brought to the Forbidden City, unharmed. The fae who enter are not seen again.

The fae taken into the Empress' care are fine. Confirmed by Agent Aramel Dunkstern. But we are short on hands, and need someone to keep an eye on this situation closely. Volunteers should make themselves known at the Shrine of the Ancestors.
