Summer Camp 2026
Welcome to Summer Camp
Ahh! The time is here for Summer Camp! I always love this time of year because its a huge influx of prompts that I wouldn't come across otherwise. As a creative, its also a great time for me to experiment with new parts of worldbuilding within my worlds. Sometimes, it also allows me to go back to work on a project that I've not worked on in a while.
This year, it also is allowing me to get back into consistent writing and worldbuilding, building on a writing streak that I have been working towards throughout this year!
Most importantly, I want to have fun with Summer Camp, enjoying each prompt and aiming as high as possible. This is also Feral Time, when we take on the spirit of ferality in the name of creativity. As always, I will keep the feral spirit alive and well.

Week 1: Love
Love doesn't just sit there, like a stone, it has to be made, like bread; remade all the time, made new.
There are 10 prompts this week, 8 are based on the week's theme of Love, the other 2 are wildcards and relate to anything. I found this week to be very interesting. While first I thought of love in the common manner of romance, I ended up with only one romantic story, the rest were dives into nationalism, passion, and family. This new set of perspectives were great to learn my bounds for pushing the prompts towards an article that worked well within the world.
