Greetings. It's been a while.

Well, not really. I've been absent from WA for like, a year and a half. It's good to be back.

I've already renewed my membership, yearly. In fact, I've returned here since March, but unable to do anything beside updating my old stuff.

I'm not going anywhere in the community - some might found me in WA Discord server. I just hadn't touched this site. The UI had changed so much I'm still figuring out. My writing had also deteriorated. I need to warm it up.

And where's the best place to do? Summer Camp!

Summer Camp Prep

Week 1: LOVE

"Love might tear us apart, but the creativity will keep us together" So, what's the plan?

Ahh, the good old pledge. I always has incredible experiences during Summer Camp for the past 6-7 years, and writing pledge was no exception.

I'd like to complete 8 polished prompts, with the stretch goal of 32 prompts

I'm going to focus solely on my good old Terraloga, the place that start it all. I want to squeeze out my creative juice that kept stirring my stressful brain. I haven't write anything for very long time (not including a constant b-word on arts). I also had a bigger plan for these projects in the future.

Let's see what the past me has written so far and oh boy! What a mess. All I would do is to edit the Drama section to match the current date of the world.

I want to focus on old stuff that I mentioned but never expanded. Like the 'magic' or 'fantasy' side of the world, while keeping its alternative earth aspects.

Update old articles from your world

Every major plots I wrote always had time-jumping. As of June 2026, the world is 30 years after the story of To Find The Fishy Menace. I've crated a list of articles to add and update, but then I vanished (Silly me). Only less than a half has been updated. I may have to do them, during the time before sleep. You can find it here

I may need to redraw old AI generated portraits. It was initially made for cookie-cutter placeholders. Now it's been sitting there for too long, for years in the art community I've practiced the figure drawing, I think I should change it.

The True Love

There is no spring in Thailand, just a slightly less hot rainy season... yet love still exists here. Not much about love in Terraloga though.

What is Love actually? - A wedding? A ceremony about the people connection? or an institution about love , kindness, and improving human relation? An old hit about seeking the answer? that's a lot of questions.

To be honest, all I have are tragedies. But let's give it a try if possible.

Some ideas

A family, an everlasting story, a pride of the country, a connection to spirits. A tool to conquer every differences.

Week 2: GROWTH

The growth is everything in Terraloga: The journey of men. The way of nature. The rise of power. It's a simple question yet filled with opportunity to explore - a topic I'd love to do the most.

Area of Focus

As you know, my world is a large plot-driven narrative on a generational scale. Despite that, I had been thinking more about the people's "Daily life". I believes it'd not only make the world felt alive, it'd support this overarching plot too. I even had an in-world newspaper for it.

I'd love to write stories of Valonian people. In fact, I'd love to explore each cities along the west coast, but for the people parts I want to focus on the captial city, Valone. All road led to Valone, isn't it?

Plan the category structure for your area of focus

I've seperated the cites and its landmark articles into dedicated categories. However, most of them were inside Valone, and only two of them were on its article, which weren't that significant. So I need to adjust them a little.

Yeah I'll definitely do both. For this topic, I'm going to write one of the city in the empire, according to the most wanted there are:

1. Eulesiria - the tourist town with beautiful beaches and scared monument
2. Ikanolia - the frontier named after the great exploror
3. Palisaria - the town with cool name

Write a Geographical Location boasting different kinds of ecosystems.

Ecosystem isn't my type at all. I love writing PEOPLE. I love writing CIVILIZATION. However, trying new thing isn't that scary. I'd give it a try.

Week 3: LOSS

The rainy season may be the closest to Fall season here. A lot of aspects in Terraloga are about, or based on, loss. It include in several plots I've written, not including events happened in the world's history.

When I think about it, I have an area with contrast scale of loss. For examples, the fall of the Taestic Republic, the last piece of the thousand years Empire of Kritus, only happened recently.

If I focus on the West only, I'm thinking about the ritual related to Tinol, the goddess of death in Krin-Gion Pantheon, in which became part of the Valonian long before the all-in-one god Luum. On physical side, the faced major catastropic events prior to The Crystal Empire storyline—The Uprise of Purple Blasts, The Haunting Road of Naked Crosses, and The Housepower Genocide—All shaped the empire as a whole.

Go for a walk!

What a coincidence, I intend to put this on the previous section. The reason I won't do anything on Sunday because it's TCG Day where I take a break for a day to join weekly card tournament at local mall. It took me some time to go there, and even though I found a parking spot, I still need to go for a walk. Just as I intended.

Spend some time in your favorite fictional world

This is tough, but I've spent sometime thinking about the people's basic routines and daily lives. Probably doing some tidying on old proses.

Week 4: FAMILY

Winter might be the best season here. No excessive electricity bill, no need for air conditioning, and no need to go to nearby malls on hot days and only spending time in house. In term of my area of focus, that's pretty easy. Do you know that the Rarmon Dynasty isn't the only one that run the empire. There are six in total, operating each of the gevernment institutes. When I rethink about it, I've never design what Valonians do during winter, or even the family gathering rituals.

Goal as a Worldbuilder

To be honest, I don't know. It's just the same answer I promised myself for many years. Make a living out of this project. It's initially a place to collect my stories since childhood. Right now, it's rather my personal meditation tool. I always know that worldbuilding projects are only a great plan, not tangible products everyone can pick up. In fact, I have a few plot summaries ready to be adapted. I just don't know why I won't do anything with it right now. I want to make my family proud, and make myself proud too, and that's the biggest feeling ever.

I hope this Summer Camp will make me love myself again and overcome the brain goblins inside my head for so long since graduation last year, and start doing anything for everyone to see. Nothing can stop me now (except my bills)

Alright, got it. I'm going to stay away from WA until tomorrow, drawing stuffs.

I'm in an art community for so long that I enjoy drawing more than writing these days. I still have several art commissions to finish too. I hope I can use this skill to decorate my articles before submitting.

Last but not least, I want to make sure I drink water as much as possible.

What happened to me, actually

I decided to put down my guild membership to focus on my life.

First of all. I've finally graduated from a college! It took longer than I expected, so I greatly thanked my families, friends, and everyone who won't give up on me.

Secondly, I've become unemployed. I relied on art commissions and part-time job as a deliveryman alone. My mind kept stirring me that I'm running out of time, it caused me too much stress that I didn't know if for the time I spent there would worth it anymore.

Nevertheless, it's over. I could do anything I wanted, and I must not be ashamed of myself.

How about Writing?

Well, I volunteered as a wiki writer for one of the Thai trading-card-game. I put various WA writing elements and styles into each pages, like adding excessive amount of Quotes and tonnes of in-world-referencing (also their templats suck).

It was gathering and combining rather than writing, but I was able to make up stories for these cards. I even being endorsed by the developers!
