Mar was born to Merl Ijnadiuz and Elize Arvilla, in Bhcu Cuhcil.
Childhood
Mar had a fairly normal and unassuming childhood. The child of a receptionist and brewer nothing too exciting ever happened to him.Early Adulthood
As soon as he was old enough to take on a trade he begged his parents to let him do something exciting, like being a city guard or a Courier. Elize was against the idea completely, not wanting him to be in any danger. Why couldn't he be a brewer?Merl, on the other hand, had connections and managed to find a compromise of sorts. She got Mar a job as a apprentice guard at a surgical college in the heart of Bhcu Cuhcil. So at 15 he took on the job and.. found out the guarding was mostly standing around while an old man fussed at you for being too loud. Not really the height of excitement he'd been hoping for.
That is, until his employer took in a bug refugee. Then he was constantly seeing it's giant bug butt sticking out of doors or crammed into small rooms and being generally creepy as heck.
Now
5 years have passed and Mar is now 19. The job was been way more interesting than he'd been prepared for. He's learned to enjoy the peaceful moments of the day to day between the exciting events. He's still not sure if this in the job he's going to stick with or not though, maybe being a brewer wouldn't be so bad?Gender Identity

Employment
Low level guard at West Winds Medical. Mar and his fellow guards have the job of making sure the Doctor they guard is not only safe, but also to make sure he doesn't try to leave the medical institute. Mar specifically is made to do most of the interacting with the grumpy old man and ends up being more of a item fetcher than a guard.
Mental Trauma
Seeing the giant bug person for the first time after growing up at war with them still makes him jumpy, even if he's gotten used to them for the most part.
