Jabe is very proud of the colors that mark him as an Vondren Conveyance Network, but doesn't really wear them in his daily life now that he's 'retired'. Opting instead to wear the local dress of Ocuv Ana.

Personal history
Jabe was born to Alvena Walla and Bram Ebba, in Bhcu Cuhcil.
Childhood
Jabe was raised by his parents along with his older sibling, Jordan. His mother, Alvena, was Emissary for Bhcu Cuhcil and his father, Bram, was a Specialist at Cuhcil University of the Medical Sciences. The two had made a deal that they would have one child who would take on the legacy of each parent and be mostly raised by them. His older brother Jordan took more after his father, so was designated to be the physician, leaving Jabe to take on his mother's emmesary work.Unlike his sibling, Jabe loved the line of work he was trained in and was very close with his mother.
Early Adulthood
Not only did Jabe enjoy currior work, he was also very good at it. He moved up the ranks of the Vondren Conveyance Network quickly.His mother often rubbing it in the face of his father how much better suited at his chosen job Jabe was compared to Jordan, attributing it to Bram being a ineffective teacher and parent.
Intelligencer
Jabe rose the ranks so quickly, in fact, that he reached Intelligencer while still in his prime. As Intelligencer he became the bane of Harbinger Aldha Mulvahil's tenure, though the two were on good terms despite this.Harbinger
The bug war began during Jabe's run as Intelligencer, he and his curriours played an intramental role in keeping the alliacne together and keeping information flowing to where it needed to be. Unfortunatly Aldha died in the Attack on Lord Ciwn, and as Intelligencer Jabe had to take over as a temporary Harbinger. He held the title until elections could be held for a new one, and oversaw the preceding's personally.He butted heads with the Vondren Military's nominee, Admiral Adavn Baird. And continues to do so to this day.
Now
After the bug war ended, Jabe retired from his position of Intelligencer and took on the job of running Ocuv Ana and teaching up and coming Couriers.Gender Identity
Despite that, Jabe is referred to with he/him pronouns when we write about them.

Like most Vondren Conveyance Network hopeful, Jabe was trained at the Vondren Courier's Collage in Ocuv Ana.
Employment
Like his mother before him, Jabe got into the postal service and loved every moment of it. His hard work, dedication, and connections eventually earned him the title of Head Intelligencer, the highest postal rank on Vondren.
He also served as Harbinger in a temporary capacity from the Attack on Lord Ciwn to the election of Adavn Baird.
Now he's 'retired' to ruleing and mayor of Ocuv Ana, and teacher at Vondren Courier's Collage.
Mental Trauma
He's seen much in his time as Head Intelligencer that still haunts him to this day, And drive him to try and make the world a better place,even beyond his natural helpful nature.
His most recent sorrow would be loosing his brother, Jordan, to some sort of terrible accedent as the bug war ended.
Morality & Philosophy
Jabe's ability to go from 'deadly serious' to 'delighted pile of squees', leads people to belive the's wishywashy or childish on first blush. And while the childish part may be some what true, wishywashy is not how anyone who actually knows Jabe would describe him.
Once he sets his mind to something its hard to sway him.

Jabe can switch between severe and silly at the drop of a hat. A skill that makes it rather hard to take him seriously at times.
Representation & Legacy
Jabe is often spoken of as one of the best High Intelligencers, or Couriers of his time. He's inspired many young people into taking up the mantle of Courier even on Jaumun.
And his name will be muttered in dark tones among Harbingers for generations to come.
