The Border district of Ciarn is a thin long district spanning the length of the city where it meets the open Dinali savanna. Mostly inhabited by those new to the city or those who can't afford to move away inward. many buildings have be abandoned, reclaimed, and abandoned again. The area has garnered a reputation of being full of illicit activity and drugged up outcasts that couldn't even make it as HavocBreakers. Gangs rule the streets here more than the government and smaller colossi skitter through the streets at night. Overall it's not the ideal location to live, but some have no choice where as other thrive in the chaos.
