Pearral (Peril (pirates) OR Pear-ral (locals))

No pirates mess with the island, as the people settled there are often family, and the fighting skills of various people of Pical could match that of the best pirate captains. The capital had grown as pirates of old brought their mothers there, later to retire within the same cottage.

Pearral is centrally placed near the East coastline of the island named Pical within the Pelago Islands.

Pick's Hill is located to the West of the capital. The largest is hill takes just over five and a half hours to reach.
Ten hours North-North-East is the hamlet of Waite. The town of Blackford is nine hours to the North-East.
Eight and a half hours walk down the coast to southwest is the town of Oturton. Ashbaki village is nine hours inland.

The Armoury

A sturdy stone building, headquarters of the city guard. It is rumoured to be the lair of a mischievous Archfey which has been known to chance the properties of any weapons.

The Dove and Quail

Drinking Inn
A popular, elegant adventurer's tavern, known for its impossible variety of beers and ales.
Through the stone brick walls you can hear pounding music. Out front there is a light-coloured wooden patio and on the left side of the building there is a modest Stables with a small collection of horses and a few other mounts.
Inside the tavern is stuffy and loud. A scent of freshly cooked vegetables and lively music. The room is illuminated by a plain chandelier hanging from the ceiling. Standing behind the gilded wooden bar is a round 5'5" Human male with a round face, cropped, straight, silver hair, blue eyes, and rich dark skin. He is wearing a loose mid-blue tunic, and tight off-white pants. To the left is a hearth with a roaring flame within, and to the right is a plain wooden staircase.

A grand half-timbered building, once a minor temple. It contains a large meeting hall and several smaller rooms - shared amongst several local merchant guilds. n

Hilequco's

A single storey building of timber and brick walls, the home and private library of a male Dwarves sage named Hilequco. It is expensive for people to research within the library - 1 gp per person (a discount to 9 sp for locals)

The Light Merchant

A two-storey stone-walled building, the shop of a female Elves equipment merchant named Ranena. It is said to be built atop a crater where it is said a piece of a shooting star fell to Esau long ago. Everything that Ranen sells glows with warmth when needed.

Kerkowel Pear Orchard

The elegant fruit grown of the Eastern edge of the city.
OWNERS = Graw and Tronta Kerkowel - Elves Pear Growers - lean 5'2" high elf male with a sharp face, cropped, curled, dyed black hair, blue eyes, and rough, white skin. He is wearing a tan tunic, and brown pants.

Piping Rock

The rock is just outside the city. It is rumoured to be magical and able to improve the wellness of people in need.

Government

Pearral is governed by a guild of merchants and farmers - whose weekly meetings often turn into drunken sing-a-longs.
