Blackford

Blackford village is located on Pical Island within the Pelago Islands. Only a half hour inland from the hamlet of Waite. 7 hours walk Northeast of Pearral.

The water of Blacc River runs over black rocks making it look black in colour. The shallow ford is located in front of the main gate.
A 20 minute walk away, into the natural bush is The Ebony Falls - a majestic waterfall the falls down black rocks.

Owned and run by a married man Bryant "Boots" Aclens and his twenty year old nonbinary child Ebony Aclens, both of whom are Half-Elf. Both of the owners are law-abiding citizens with no hidden secrets or notable personality quirks. The man's child is secretly studying to become a Wizard - but struggling to read.
The inspiration for the tavern's name is the man's nickname, and the child's self-selected name. It is a tavern of poor quality. On a typical night, the clientele can be described as excessively amicable. On occasion, there will be several other people currently in the tavern. A few of the patrons are playing chess. Voices are low and music is a colourful character playing a flute softly.
The Accommodations are dingy with little lighting provided. There are currently two rooms available for rent - The cost for a night's stay is 6 cp.
