The Stormcraigs
The Stormcraigs are the far northwestern cliffs of Cevoryn, where the island stops feeling soft, tropical, and luminous and turns severe. Most of Cevoryn is known for glowing waters, lush jungle, warm rains, sacred pools, and moonlit beauty. The Stormcraigs are different. They are sharp stones, black cliffs, hard winds, restless waves, and storm clouds that seem to gather there even when the rest of the island is calm.
The region is still Cevo land, still under the authority of the Calavira royal family, but it does not feel like the Cevoryn most outsiders expect. It feels older, harsher, and more difficult to love.
The Stormcraigs are not a single cliff. They are a whole northwestern coastal region made of jagged headlands, steep rock faces, narrow inlets, sea caves, broken ledges, and violent surf. The Furore Ocean slams into the stone with unusual force here, sending spray high enough to mist the upper pathways during rough weather. Waves do not simply roll in and break. They climb. They hit the rocks in layers. They curl into the coves and strike from unexpected angles.
