Geography
Geneaux is located on the west coast of Champs Verdoyants and is the western-most major settlement in Pyalea.
History
Geneaux has been the Empire's seat of power in the west since its founding early in the Post-Lumières age, and has long served as a major trade port and centre of industry for the region.
The city has also been at the centre of controversy and conflict regarding the treatment and rights of the enlightened species, especially the gnomish population that was so highly concentrated in the area at the time.
