Demigods
Demigods are the half Divine offspring of a Deity and a Mortal.
While Demigods were Mortals, they possessed innate Divine powers, inherited from their Divine parent, making them incredibly formidable and dangerous. A Demigods powers reflects the Domains of their Divine parent, with Demigod children of Zeus possessed storm and lighting abilities, while children of Aphrodite were incredibly beautiful and charming.
Many Demigods were legendary, famed during their lives for their heroism and great feats, stories we still tell to this day. These heroes are said to now spend their afterlives in the luxury of Elysium, as reward for their greatness. Several Demigods were also elevated to the position of Daimon, to serve alongside their Divine parent as Immortals, losing their Mortality in the process. A few Demigods were even ascended to Godhood as a reward for their great achievements.
While Demigods had existed since the Golden Age, they were most common during the Silver and Bronze Age. But no more Demigod children have been born since the Exorsian Civil Wars, after the Gods swore the Divine Truce, which forbade the birth of any more Demigod children.
