A nation founded by refugees of now-Kargachia, most of the inhabitants are elementborn of a type, natural mages, and hybrids of magical species. After the mountains rose, they settled the hot and wet area well enough.
Separated from Kama by distance, mostly, these ones were fleeing further away and not willing to fight for the river.
