Tsuma
One of two on the southeastern peninsula of Noress; founded originally by traders working their way inland with the consent then help from the coastal peoples. Split from the original Trading Federation when it was determined that slavery was not allowed in Tsuma, unlike its sister country Sokohe, which instead finds drugs and alcohol and substances to be deplorable.
They don't actually care, they just drew a damn line. It's dumb.
