Halflings

While halflings have a connection to the fae exactly how they came to be on Necessa has been lost to time. Depending on whom you ask, they would say that the halflings have always resided in the shire hills. They enjoy simple lives full of food, mirth, and peace. Some grow restless of a sheltered life and strike out on their own. Adventurous halflings are brave in most odds and endure long after others have faltered. Their size and nimbleness are a welcome asset amongst most adventuring groups. They can be found in nearly every climate, city and biome and are welcome among all.
  HALFLING CULTURE
Though halflings do not share a singular culture so much as other more insular lineages, they are well known and well respected for their singing, music, and art. Their calm, carefree nature, which most often dominates later in life, often leads elder halflings to creative pursuits as they typically retain a bit more energy and wherewithal than their human cousins.
