Nimveh

Nimveh is a city on The Ivory Route in Puerjin, mostly known as a trade hub and for its cult of Onva. The city's population fluctuates; visitors and travelers are considered to be citizens while they reside in the city, and can at times make up more than a third of the city's populace.
