Gate Runner

Gate Runners constitute a massive amount of the regular space traffic that calls the Orion Arm home. Gate Runners are considered a class of corvette, and are regularly used as freighters, small military patrol craft, commercial passenger starships, exploratory vessel or even as personal luxury yatchs. Gate runners as a whole can support roughly between 10-30 crew, as well as a host of other systems, or more space for passengers and cargo.

They contain all the life support systems neccessary for inter-gate travel, and are the smallest vessel capable of powering a Jump Drive. Some gate runners can play host to a small contingent of fighters, dropships, or ground vehicles, making them apt for highly mobile military forces making surgical strikes.
