That said, they aren't the only humanoid race around. I'll be treating them as a catch-all category though, so "human" only means human when a person is tagged as such really. Races that have human as an ancestor can really have any humanoid race, within reason. It's just way more likely to be human.
Humanoids are the largest category of creature living in this area of the universe. Many of the other creature type were once humanoids or copy their forms like a child playing with clay. Largely speaking, most of the humanoids found in the domains of the Mists are humans or half-humans with a few dwarves and elves living in pockets here and there. As a result, unless otherwise noted it should be assumed that a person tagged as humanoid is a human.
