Cirrish Garrison

The main Cirrish garrison consists of a round guard tower at the center of a protective wall armed with three long guns and a large mortar. Attached, a barracks holds enough bunks for a company of Cirrish soldiers. Beneath the tower is a small prison that often floods during storms.
