Heavens

Parádeisos, usually called the Heavens, is one of the Divine Planes and the home of origin for the Celestials. The realm is ruled over by the Primordial Deity Khronos, with the Heavens largely considered to be his personal Plane.

The Heavens are a realm dedicated to law, justice, and above all else, order. Everything within the Plane is perfect and pristine, everything has it's place, and every flaw quickly removed and replaced. Within the Heavens, everything is designed to fit within a grand design of perfection. There is no pain or pleasure here, only order and duty. Passion, fantasy, and individualism are but alien concepts among the inhabitants.

Outside of Celestials and their servants, no other creature makes their home within the Heavens. Not much is truly known about the Plane, as Khronos and his Celestials are uninterested in the distraction of visitors. An invite to Parádeisos is said to be one of the rarest and most prized things in the Universe.

Geography

The Heavens are said to be a beautiful and pristine paradise, a vast natural landscape with tall mountains, groves of flawless trees, and rivers and lakes of holy water that gently flow into quiet and calming waterfalls. The grasses are forever cut and the trees and never overgrown. There is no wildlife here, no sound of song birds, just silence, interrupted only by the quiet sound of flowing water, or the barley imperceptible murmur of a Celestial melody.

There is no cycle of day or night within the Heavens, no weather nor wind of any kind, just a canvas of azure blue skies, bathed in a perpetual gentle luminance, and dotted with large motionless and pristinely shaped clouds. No shadows are cast within the Heavens, and the temperature is always a perfect neutral, no hot, no cold.

City of Paradise

At the heart of the realm resides the City of Paradise, a expansive city of shining gold and polished white marble, dotted with gardens of perfectly pruned plants, and fountains of quiet water. The streets are said to be all perfectly ordered on a grid, the buildings flawless and specifically placed, identically mirrored across the city. There are no individual decorations, nor personalisation displayed here, only authorised perfection.

The City of Paradise is centred around the Archonad, a towering palace of shining gold and polished white marble, it's multiple uniform gold tipped spires, reaching into the sky. The Archonad is the location of the court and throne of Khronos, where the God of Time is said to reside, and from where he dictates his orders to his loyal Archangels. The Archonad is also said to be where Celestials are created and reform, as well as from where Khronos maintains the flow of Time, with the Archonad supposably housing the Heart of Time itself.
