Nekark (Knee-Kark)

Nekark is a pirate town located on Ruary Island within the Pelago Islands - West of the Ruary Marshlands. It lays to the North-East of Pical.

Nekark was settled over eighty years before, yet parts of it look to be made of temporary buildings and tents.
To the North is a forest with a wide, shallow creek and some caves (damp with Fungus growing)

Temple of The Crashing Wave

Temple to Kryaa
A black stone square building located on the smaller stone beach - without visable doors and The Crashing Wave symbol on each of the four walls.

Treasure Hunters

Items Sold = Maps, General Goods, Hunting & Fishing
The store is well-stocked and has wide aisles. The counter is near the front exit.
OWNER/ General Goods = Asira Catakas - Tiefling with purple skin - white braided hair - white-ish side horns which curl parallel to their head, which means people don't get too close.
The Cartographer = Kitti Wakes - an Aarakocra seagull - yellow bill and dark eyes - mid-grey back with white under feathers - long, black legs - look as if wings have been 'dipped in ink'.
Treasure maps - some are false, others encrypted - displayed are pieces of numerous treasure maps for the people to see inside glass counter - if interested someone can purchase the piece plus the rest of the map for an amount of gold depending on how much of a legend the hidden treasure is.
Fishing & Hunting Equipment Seller = An obese Human sits behind a table in the street, goes by the name Salty (although he has never been out on the open seas) - a big nose and golden blonde hair. He delights in shiny lures and showing off numerous traps.

Tattoo artist
A Goliath female with a black ponytail sits in a stool outside the small shop - a pipe in her mouth which smells sweet and of port. A great part of her grey skin is covered with pirate and sea-oriented tattoos, as well as some of sea creatures. By her side sits a teen female getting her first tattoo of a blue ink jellyfish. The Goliath's name is Gallea Colourful Daimei-Ligo - she can create people tattoos for a cost ranging from 5gp to 10gp.

Deadman's Alley

Rumours speak of a dead Gnome and a murdered Fire Genasi, who haunt the alley. Only one building remains open in the alley.

While walking through the streets after a storm off the sea, a fire Genasi Embers[/i ] found a corpse dropped in the alley. The dead man was an unknown Gnome with a deep cut wound across his throat, and a black bladed dagger stuck in his belly. The weapon has the symbol of The Crashing Wave (Goddess Kryaa) inscribed in it. Apart from a silver tooth and the dagger, the corpse had got nothing of value. Embers swore they didn't kill the Gnome. After the next storm, Embers was found dead.

Clerk = Elyan Savi'dorr - Female Elves - Elyan has a long face, with straight black hair and sharp blue eyes. She wears simple tailored clothing and a locket around her neck.
