You can run across rooftops or similar uneven surfaces much more easily than normal. You have Advantage on all Strength (Athletics) and Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks. In addition, the distance you can cover as a long jump is doubled, and you have no change of accidentally slipping on a sloped surface of less than 60 degrees.
