With this spell, you create a ghostly green radiance anywhere within range that shines Bright Light to a range of 20 feet, and sim light an additional 20 feet. You can use the light to illuminate an object, or you can shape it in any form of Medium-size or smaller. As a Bonus Action, you can move the lights up to 60 feet to a space within range.   The light is imbued with unearthly power, and causes fear. Any creature other than you that begins its turn within 30 feet of the light must make a Wisdom Saving Throw, being Frightened until the beginning of its next turn on a failure.
