"Sometimes you need to get rid of a few bad apples to save the cider."5th Edition
Fey creatures of an alignment other than yours must make a Charisma Saving Throw. Any that fail suffer the following effects depending on their current number of Hit Points:
50 Hit Points:Deafened for 1 minute.
40 Hit Points: Deafened for 1 minute. During this time, the creature cowers from you, dropping Prone and taking no actions.
30 Hit Points: Deafened and Frightened for 1 minute. While Frightened in this way, the creature attempts to flee by the most direct route possible. If unable to flee, it fights with wild abandon. A creature so Frightened will use any special abilities, including spells, to flee; indeed, the creature must use every such means to escape.
20 Hit Points: The creature drops to 1 Hit Point and falls Unconscious for 1d4 hours.
If you are in Faerie, non-Fey must also make the Saving Throw regardless of their Hit Points, and any that fail are instantly banished back to their home planes. Creatures so banished cannot return for at least 1 day. This effect takes place regardless of whether the creature hears the fey decree.
