A creature you touch makes an Intelligence Saving Throw. Until the spell ends, a target that fails this Save can't understand any language it hears, reads, or sees. The target also can't speak or write in any language, though it can still make sounds and gestures.
If another creature takes an Action to attempt to decipher these sounds and gestures, the creature can understand 6 seconds worth of speech with a successful Intelligence check against your Spell Save DC. This understanding lasts until the end of the target's next turn.
The target repeats the Save at the end of each of its turns, ending the spell on itself on a success.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
