Source: Elaris — Nightfall: Shadow and Bone

5th Edition
You exhale a cloud of gray grave-dust said to originate from the countless burial pits of the world. Each creature in a 15-foot Cone must make a Constitution Saving Throw. On a failure, a creature takes 1d4 Negative Energy damage and begins to Deteriorate. While Deteriorating, the creature takes 1d4 Negative Energy at the beginning of its turn and can repeat the Saving Throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.   This spell's initial damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
