General Assembly

The General Assembly of the Draconic Confederacy is the chief legislative body of the organization. The General Assembly is made up of the ambassadors of the several nation-states and is presided over by the Chancellor.

Each member of the Draconic Confederacy may appoint up to five ambassadors, although they must appoint one of them as their Chief Ambassador. All ambassadors may attend the meetings of the General Assembly, but only the Chief Ambassador may cast the member nation's vote.
