Celore Xiloscient (sɛ-lor zi-lo-ʂi-ɛntʼ)
His Eminence, Chancellor Celore Alaris Xiloscient
Brother of Lucian Xiloscient and uncle to Laucian Xiloscient, Celore served as Elysium's ambassador to the Draconic Confederacy during the reign of Lucian. Shortly before the War of the Dragons Celore was appointed to be the Chancellor. It is largely considered to be his leadership that helped the Confederacy successfully transition from the Draconic Confederacy to the Bardic Confederacy. He then served as the Chancellor of the Bardic Confederacy, a position he would hold until his untimely death during the War of the Bards.

Personal history
Celore grew up as a prince in the palace at Elysium. He was the eldest son of the king, which made him the Crown Prince. He was always very close with his siblings growing up. However, when Celore was in his "teenage" years (which for an elf lasts between ages 45-110) he joined the Knights of the Feather. When he progressed to the rank of Cineris, as part of his Vow of Humility, he relinquished his entitlement to the throne. When Lucian became king after their father died in the same battle that killed their brothers, Celore was quickly made Elysium's ambassador to the Supreme Republic of Talle. After serving in that position for several years, he was promoted to the ambassador to the Draconic Confederacy. He served in that position nobly until he was elected to be the Chancellor as part of a counterstrategy to prevent Gionegrast, which sought to take down the Confederacy, from taking control. From there Celore would go on to guide the Confederacy into a new age as the Bardic Confederacy. He would remain Chancellor for 125 years before being killed during a raid on the Confederacy by Grimsharda. Celore also eventually became the Lord High Sentinel of the Sacred Fire within the Knights of the Feather.
Education
Celore was tutored by the royal tutor of Elysium and then attended the University of Thoth, where he earned advanced degrees in Sociology.
Employment
Celore served as the Ambassador to the Supreme Republic for several years and was then promoted to Ambassador to the Draconic Confederacy. He was then elected as the Chancellor of the Draconic Confederacy.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Celore is almost single-handedly responsible for the survival of the Confederacy after the disappearance of the dragons. Celore also has the record as the longest serving Chancellor.
Failures & Embarrassments
Celore always considered it a public embarrassment that his own brother was behind the plot to overthrow the dragons. That being said, he is immensely proud of his nephew Laucian.
