Maelig

Maelig is a halfborn child who is half-fae and half-halfling, living with his parents in the small fishing hamlet of Tydour. He has seen both the arche and Bleunveur in the wetlands, but given his fae lineage he has not been attacked by any beasts or plants. In later stories, he might grow up to be a full adventurer — at least that is what he hopes to be some day.
