Thomas Delmure
Prince of Parvis, 4th child of King Cyril Delmure, twin of Theadora Delmure. Thomas is considered to be a bit strange amoung his family. Rather than pursue the blade like his brothers he instead went to the mage academy and apprenticed under Lord Arcanden afterwards. Now he fulfills tasks for his father and is considered a fair hand at statecraft and law. He is definetely the most intelligent of the siblings but the least charismatic of his brothers. He is very patriotic and believes in Parvis superiority, favoring the theory that to save the world, Parvis must conquer it.
Most recently he was placed in charge of the Colonial Project amoung others and meets with the King most often, becoming an advisor in his own right. While he has no official high council position he is often seen in the meetings.
