They share the Reymanté blood, features, and values but had seperated from the main bloodline for several generations with each generation providing a few exceptional knights. Since being enobled in the year 1800 they have continued to follow this tradition. The Becrouges are especially known for their prowess on griffonback, either in races or in combat.

Lord Vaillant Becrouge. Lord of the Family and a retired knight, he now spends his days training young griffon riders. Knight Commander Léon Becrouge. The leader of the largest force of knights in Zirdy and brother of Lord Becrouge. He is every bit the galant and honorable knight commander, every year he makes a point of reciting the names of every single knight under his command. He has drinks with a different group of 20 or so knights each week and is fully in tune with the needs of his troops. When he was younger he won the city's annual griffon races six years in a row.

Structure

The Charter for the Noble House of Becrouge requires that all children go through at least 2 years as a squire sometime between age 20 and 100. To inherit the Lordship of this house you must have sworn a magical oath of fealty to the Noble and Most Ancient House of Reymanté. If multiple children of the previous Lord fulfill this qualification then the members of the house who are in good standing vote, eliminating the lowest candidate until one of the children has over 50%. If no child fulfills the qualifications the title moves up the family tree one level and all children and grandchildren of the lord previous to the newly deceased become elegible, assuming they have the 2 years as a squire and have taken the oath.
