Annalily Villa

This villa is actually a small village built around fields of rare plants and herbs, necessary for medicine and other Bledsin activities. The Villa gets its name from the Annalilies that grow only around this area, these lilies are used to create their paralytics and anesthesia. Sitting among the buildings, gardens, and greenhouses is the Bledsin medical school, where Bledsin's and those they sponsor are trained in medicine. 
Tunnels and chambers run under the whole compound where the Bledsins train and practice their other arts. Their knowledge of the human body put to deadly use as assassins, torturers, and poison masters. This underground labyrinth is also where they keep their considerable wealth and information about the outside world. 
Those working the villa have only vague ideas of what goes on underneath. Those that go blabbing tend to disappear. There is no police force and the population needs none. Those out of line are dealt with swiftly. The people seem largely happy though, in their small town with zero crime and the greatest medical care on the island.

Almost entirely human with a small group of Firbolg druids who aid in the growing of herbs.

The head of House Bledsin rules over the Villa and it's inhabitants.

Defences

While the villa appears to be built for aesthetics and agriculture it is actually one of the most defensible compounds on the island, full of secret tunnels and hidden traps.
