Klytrog

From the Wingstry Mountains, a rugged river flows through the equally rugged landscape. Halfway through you find the lake Klytrog from there the river calms down and continues its way al the way to the sea, past Antrecht. Klytrog lake is narrow and deep, which results in a wide variety of flora and fauna. Attracting many animals from the surrounding area makes it the perfect region to hunt and fish.

Red Lantern Guard

A handful or two decennia ago there was a massive frigate schip, four masts, three decks of cannons and loads of storage space. staffed by at least 250 crew. Part of a fleet of 5 ships. The lantern fleet. On their way home they got ambushed by a troop of pirates. After a heavy battle, the Red Lantern Guard had made a lot of damage. With their last strength, they sailed into the Klytrog, far from the sea. But the damage was too much, and the ship sank then and there. Taking its captain and most of its crew with it to the depths of the lake.

Only a handful survived, according to legend, a great treasure was lost with the ship. The survivors stated that they trasported a mysterious metal, it had the same look and shape as the magic stones you can find and mine in Andeau. But these were different. Instead of glowing blue the colours changed from red to orange to green to blue. If the survivors were telling the truth, no one will ever know until some one manages to dive to the bottom of the ice cold lake where the mysterious metals lay ever since. Up for grabs for anyone. Many have tried, so far no one succeeded.

The Klytrog is one of the biggest lakes in Andeau. Rounding it wil take you at least a couple of days. A constant stream of fresh melted water from the Wingstry mountains, makes the water clear blue and ice cold. Travelling past the lakes gives you a beautiful sight of the diverse landscape.
