Teleportation

A teleport is a locomotor ability that relocates a person or persons all at once to another location. The means by which it works varies widely by the user. Most can only teleport between three and twenty feet, finding it difficult to do, even when one isn't doing it 'manually' (to take oneself apart and put oneself back together, a psionic talent that is a shitload of work.)

Most are simply slipping into or out of worlds where time is different, or folding reality so that they're now right next to that point thirty feet away or whatever. It varies.
Teleports are generally not widely used or appreciated. One can only teleport to either a place they can see, or a distance relative to themselves (though that's dangerous makes it pretty well useless unless you're truly trapped in a horrible situation or in that kind of hurry.

Generally, teleporting leaves one feeling disoriented, especially in more deeply primal species like weres and minotaurs. Their sense of where they are is hard to calibrate, and frequently they will just not.

Willing oneself around is also difficult. Resisting the urge to use your feet is hard.
