Elakvikja

Originally a flatland covered in trees, Elakvikja suffered the upheaval the worst, suffered the most losses in every sense, and desperately joined Tepeco in an effort to correct for this. Was one of the first taken in by Teotlalcyoa (the first kingdom). Populated by Elves, mostly, many of whom left after the fact when the mountainfolk moved south into the lands.
