You gain proficiency in one of the following skills of your choice: Nature, Animal Handling, or Survival
Also if there's edible flora, game to hunt or potable water within a number of miles equal to your proficiency bonus, you know it and where to find it.
Finally you have the ability to
communicate in a limited manner with beasts and
plants. They can understand the meaning of your words,
though you have no special ability to understand them in
return. You have advantage on all Charisma checks you
make to influence them.

Your kind work best when taking your opponents
head on. If you move at least 10 feet straight toward a
creature and then hit it with a melee attack on the same turn,
you can cause the melee attack to do extra damage to the
creature and attempt to shove the creature as part of the
attack. The extra damage equals your level.
You get two uses per short or long rest.
