Prerequisites: 6th-Level Fighter, Second Wind Class Feature
You may use your Second Wind even while Incapacitated, but you must use your Action to do so. When you use your Second Wind, you may remove one of the following conditions as well: Bleeding, Blinded, Burning, Confused, Deafened, one level of Exhaustion, Fixated, Frightened, Muted, Paralyzed, Poisoned, or Stunned.
