Prerequisites: Kijin subrace
You gain proficiency in Arcana and one skill of your choice from among Religion, Nature, and Psionics. If you are already proficient in Arcana, you gain Expertise instead. You learn the Shocking Grasp and Witch Bolt spells. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells. You can cast Witch Bolt once using this trait without using a spell slot or material components. Once you do, you cannot cast it in this way again until you finish a Short or Long Rest. Additionally, when you deal Lightning damage, you may add your Proficiency Bonus to one damage roll. Once you do so, you cannot do so again until you finish a Long Rest.
